1 Open dhse portal- www.dhsekerala.gov.in
2. Login with School Code and Password
3. Go to the link-‘Downloads’
There are four categories
i. Lateral Entry – This is for registering the details of those candidates migrated
from other Boards.
ii. Improvement Registration(Regular)- These are regular candidates
iii. Improvement Registration (Absent cases) – these are candidates absent for
one or more subjects in previous appearances.
iv .Improvement Registration (Compartmental)- II Year failed candidates of
. previous appearances
4. Select the appropriate category.
Category i – Enter all the details and save.
Category ii – Click on the check boxes against subjects applied and save.
Category iii –Full absent cases – Select register numbers only and save.
Partial absent cases – Select register numbers and 3 subjects for
improvement and save.
Category iv – Click on the check boxes against the subjects applied and click
‘Register’.
5. Go to ‘Reports’ Take the printouts and verify.
6. If any corrections are to be made,
Go to ‘Reports’-select the report for the required category-select th candidate
in the list-click ‘Unregister’.Then go to ‘downloads’ and follow instruction - 4.
